Our perfectionism coaches help you break the pattern of ‘having to’. You learn to replace your perfectionist habits with healthier and more realistic ones. In this way, you will once again be able to take responsibility for yourself and not just others.
Resilience coaching:
Do you want to learn to cope better with setbacks, stress or busyness? This type of coaching helps you respond more resiliently to difficulties or challenges and improve your overall well-being. Our approach uses perspectives from positive psychology and the levers to strengthen resilience and engagement: focus, awareness, self-direction and optimism.
