Perfectionisme coaching:

Always setting the standards high, fear of failure, urge for control, an immense sense of responsibility and always pushing forward are some typical characteristics of perfectionism. Our perfectionism coaches help you break the pattern of ‘having to’. You learn to replace your perfectionist habits with healthier and more realistic ones. In this way, you will once again be able to take responsibility for yourself and not just others.

Resilience coaching:

Do you want to learn to cope better with setbacks, stress or busyness? This type of coaching helps you respond more resiliently to difficulties or challenges and improve your overall well-being. Our approach uses perspectives from positive psychology and the levers to strengthen resilience and engagement: focus, awareness, self-direction and optimism.

Catherine is engaging, empathetic and has the ability to calm you down. With her you just want to be yourself and feel safe. In her own way, she gets people moving.
She has over 15 years of experience in Marketing, HR and education. During her career in business, she gradually integrated a very people-oriented component into her career. Her passion for people and their potential brought her to the Better Minds at Work trainings, where she became certified as a career coach.
Her mission is to motivate people to bring out the best in themselves, to grow, to learn new things, to provide more insight into themselves in order to live a more authentic and happier life from there.
She finds it a privilege to guide you in your search for new insights into yourself and the direction you want to take in the future. She likes to set you in motion with concrete and creative exercises and assignments that give you more insight into your motives, talents and what you really value in your life.
